About Us:
RedBall brings a great social experience to adults 21 and a over through our social athletic sports leagues and events. Just because our grade school days have come to an end it doesn't mean we have to stop having fun. RedBaller's consist of young active professionals who are looking to meet new people and have a good time, all while playing their favorite sports. RedBall also proudly partners with local charities to help promote awareness and raise funds for special causes. Jump on board now. This is a great way to get some exercise, meet new people, and most importantly have a great time. If you have any suggestions or ideas about different leagues, cities or events that you would like to see, or if you just have something on your mind, feel free to contact us.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
Registration takes place online. We strongly suggest that you do not wait to register, we work on a 1st come 1st served basis. Don't worry, tryouts are not part of our social organizations philosophy; welcome aboard and get ready to have some fun!
There are several registration options based on your preferences.
- Free Agents: Are you new to town or just want to check us out? We have lots of people who join solo. All you need to do is register as a free agent and we will place you on a team when we form them. No tryouts, interviews or million dollar contracts; just plain old FUN!
- Small group of friends: Do you want to join with some friends and all be on the same team? Use this option during the registration process & create a group. If someone has already setup the group, just go ahead and select that group name during the registration process
- Team Captain: If you are creating a full team (usually 15 or more co-ed players), register as a captain. Once you register you can use our automated player invite option to send your friends all the info they need to register
- Team Player: If someone already setup the team you are supposed to be on all you need to do is select this option during registration to join that team
- Oops, I messed up when I registered what do I do now? Just email us and we will correct it

Our warm weather states play year round and seasonally in the colder states. We generally post the scheduled game dates on the league website during the registration period so that you can see if you have any conflicts with your personal schedule.
WHERE DO YOU PLAY?
We play at parks and recreation centers and even on some beaches. Fields may be softball/baseball or multipurpose fields. Check the league website for specific location details.

We have many types of sponsorship options, click on the sponsorship tab for more details.
HOW MANY PLAYERS ON A TEAM?
The number of players on a team may vary from season to season and sports to sport. Typically, kickball teams range in size from about 17 -21 since teams field 11 players defensively; you will want to make sure that you have substitutes available. If you need help with extra players, we always have free agents looking to join a team!
CAN I FIELD AN ALL-MALE TEAM?
We are an adult co-ed organization.
WHAT IF MY TEAM ISN'T SUPER COMPETITIVE?
We want everyone to participate together and understand that teams have different skill levels. We don't think your sports skills should dictate where you socialize. However, we do make the schedule so more competitive teams play do not square off against less competitive teams often. Captains will choose their skill level when setting up their teams and we make the schedule based on that selection and other factors. This way, no matter your skill level, all players socialize on the same field!
WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A LEAGUE IN MY CITY?
If you are interested or know someone who is interested in starting a league, contact us for more information.
TEAM CAPTAINS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Being a team captain is a voluntary position and we greatly appreciate your assistance. Fortunately being a captain doesn't require a lot of additional work but the team does rely on you so if you do not have the time or desire to be one please let us know.
Responsibilities and tasks include.....
Check your email and respond to player questions or refer them back to the league manager for assistance.
Email your team a few days before game day and remind the players what time and what field your game is on. Ask who will not be at the game so that you can prepare your lineup prior to the game. Note:, all players are entitled to an equal amount of playing time, you cannot bench a player, please discuss any issues with your league manager.
Make arrangements for your referees to be at the scheduled field for ref duty & on time.
Work with new players on basic strategies and rules of the game (see online rule book).
Keep your players from acting in an unsportsmanlike manor. Only captains can discuss disputed calls with a referee. Yelling, name calling and jumping up and down like a 3 year old is strictly prohibited. This is a social sports league and good behavior is not only expected it is required.
