LADY PITCH — EVEN innings

Ladies may pitch any style they want: Overhand, underhand, bounce it, spin it, roll it...

The pitch must still meet the normal rules of a legal pitch (strike zone and 2 minimum bounces)

UNDERHAND/ROLL - ODD inning

A guy or lady may pitch.

The pitch must be underhand, "bowling-ball style", for those who played, similar to last season.

KICKING

Guys - KICK AWAY. NO BUNTING.

Ladies - BUNT OR KICK AWAY.

Everything else stays the same as last season.

FUN COED RULES — SOCIAL, COMPETITIVE & A LITTLE DIFFERENT

This is a social coed kickball league built for a fun Thursday night out. Games are played between 6:30–9 PM, with your team’s start time rotating each week. After the games, keep the night going at the official league bar with Redballer food and drink specials.

WHAT MAKES POMPANO DIFFERENT

Alternating pitching rules: Underhand pitching on odd innings and ladies pitch on even innings
Kick-Away League: Guys must kick away — no bunting
Ladies can pitch any style on designated innings: overhand, underhand, bounce, spin or roll, as long as the pitch meets the league’s legal-pitch requirements
Strikes are determined by the designated strike-zone cones
No experience or tryouts required — this is a social league
Player shirt included with registration
